I lead arts workshops both online and face to face to engage diverse communities in art-making or 'arting' as I like to call it - to support mental health and disability. I use a combination of print, paint, stitch and electroconductive materials, bringing years of experience into adapting processes to the needs of the participants. Open to collaborations, particularly with Occupational Therapy, Writers/Visual artists, Mental Health charities and Wellbeing Activities Co-ordinators.
